Cleaning Process Explanation – This includes a walk through with the client, examining areas of concern, recording measurements, confirming the scope of work and then finalizing the price. Then we start our 6-step cleaning process.
Pre Vacuum – to first remove excess debris, soil, pollen, pet hair, ect and to manipulate the fibers in carpet to better receive the pretreatment.
Spotting – Treat traffic areas, spots and stains
Extraction & carpet rinse – We use our HWE (Hot water extraction) method and high-powered truck mounted systems
Post Cleaning Inspection – Confirm all area of concern have been addressed and ensure customer satisfaction
Apply fabric protectant (If Client Askes) – Extends time between cleanings and makes spot cleaning easier in the future.
Carpet Grooming – Gives carpet more uniform appearance, helps the drying process and ensures even application of fabric protectant.
